1. Timing: Online check-in is available 24 hours to 90 minutes before your scheduled flight departure. Accessing the online check-in service outside this window will not be possible.

2. Online Check-In Process:

   • Visit the Vietjet Air website or mobile app.
   • Select the "Online Check-In" tab.
   • Enter your booking reference number or ticket number, along with your last name.
   • Follow the on-screen instructions to select your preferred seat and confirm your flight details.

3. Baggage Drop-Off and Boarding:

   • After completing online check-in, proceed to the designated "Online Check-in" counter at the airport.
   • Present your boarding pass and a valid identification document to the check-in agent.
   • Drop off your checked baggage at the designated baggage drop area.
   • Proceed to the security checkpoint and boarding gate as directed.
