Are Uber complaints anonymous?

Is Uber complaints anonymous? Whew, I'm so glad to hear about Uber's anonymous Integrity Helpline. Seriously, it takes a lot of courage to report stuff, you know? Especially if it involves someone higher up, or if you're worried about losing your job. It's like, what if they find out it's me? The whole anonymous thing... that's a game changer. It actually gives me hope that, even with a huge company like Uber, they might actually do something about bad behavior, without, you know, me getting in trouble for it. I remember this one time at my old job... someone was doing some shady stuff, but everyone was too scared to say anything. It created this awful atmosphere. I wish there had been something like this helpline back then. Anyway, knowing I can report something to Uber confidentially? It makes me feel way better about using the app. Like, at least there's some protection, right? It's not perfect, I'm sure, but it's something.
