Is it safe to sleep near your phone tonight?

Is it safe to sleep with my phone right next to me? Honestly, no way. Mine's going nowhere near my head at night! I mean, I've heard all that stuff about radiation, and while I’m not totally convinced it’s going to, like, give me superpowers (or, you know, the opposite…), I figure, why take the chance? Who needs that extra worry? Besides, the real sleep killer is those constant notifications. Buzz. Bing. Buzz. Forget it! My sleep is precious! Remember that time I was working on that huge project and barely slept? I was a wreck! So yeah, a little distance between me and my phone definitely can't hurt. In fact, it might actually be the reason I've been waking up feeling so much better lately – less groggy, less… I don’t know… wired, maybe? It's like a little digital detox before bed, even if it's just a few feet. So, yeah, phone stays over there. Sleep happens over here. Much better. Don’t you think?
