- Send a thank-you note: Start by thanking the hiring manager for their time and consideration. This is a great way to show your appreciation and remind them of your interest in the position.
- Reiterate your interest: In your thank-you note, briefly reiterate your interest in the position and why you believe you’re a good fit for the role. You can also mention any specific skills or experience that you think would be valuable to the company.
- Inquire about next steps: Politely ask about the next steps in the hiring process. Inquire if there will be additional interviews or if a decision will be made soon.
- Offer to provide more information: If there’s any additional information that the hiring manager needs or if you have any questions about the role, offer to provide it. This shows that you’re willing to go the extra mile.
