Is it okay to sleep next to a charging phone?

Okay, so, is it really okay to sleep right next to your charging phone? Honestly, I do it! Guilty as charged (pun intended, ha!). But I'm always a little…uneasy about it, you know?

Like, I always make sure it's not snuggled under my pillow or anything crazy. The heat thing wigs me out! I mean, haven't you ever felt your phone get, like, seriously warm when it's charging? That can't be good, right? I'm not trying to start a fire in my sleep!

And then there's all that EMF stuff. I don't pretend to be an expert, but I've read enough to make me wonder if it's really the best idea to have all those electromagnetic fields buzzing around while I'm trying to get some shut-eye. Maybe it's just a superstition, I don't know. But wouldn't it just be more peaceful if it was charging in another room, just further away?
