Ugh, getting from Noi Bai to Ninh Binh? Let me tell you, it’s a journey. I did it last July, scorching hot, remember?
Took a private car, cost around $60, negotiated hard though. Two hours plus, felt longer in that heat.
The highway, it’s the North-South Eastern Highway, smooth ride mostly.
Beautiful scenery though, rice paddies endless, totally worth it. Recommend it.
Direct route, about 120km. Check Google Maps for latest updates, though, traffic can be unpredictable.
Next time, maybe the train? Heard it’s more scenic. But honestly, the car gave me more flexibility.
